2012 — Founded
Two Developers, One Vision
Delphi WebTech was founded in Chandigarh, India by two software engineers with a conviction that small and mid-size businesses deserved the same quality technology solutions as large enterprises. We started with website development and basic web applications.
2014 — CRM Expansion
Entering the CRM Space
Growing client demand led us to expand into CRM implementation services. We completed our first Zoho CRM project and quickly recognized the transformative impact of well-implemented CRM on sales teams. Within 12 months we had completed 25 CRM projects.
2016 — Zoho Partner
Becoming a Certified Zoho Partner
Achieved official Zoho Partnership status and began building deep expertise across the full Zoho ecosystem. Our Zoho practice grew rapidly as businesses sought to consolidate their software stacks. We moved into our first dedicated office with a team of 15.
2018 — Global Expansion
Serving Clients Across 10+ Countries
Word of mouth and our growing Google review count began attracting clients from the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. We established time-zone aligned support operations and built specialized teams for custom software development, cloud migration, and digital marketing.
2020 — Zoho Premium Partner
Achieving Zoho Premium Partnership
Elevated to Zoho Premium Partner status — the highest tier recognizing our technical depth, client success rates, and volume of Zoho implementations. Crossed the milestone of 200 completed projects and 100 Google reviews with a 5.0 rating.
2022 — AI Practice Launch
Building Our AI Division
Established a dedicated AI practice as GPT technology emerged as a genuine business transformation tool. Deployed our first production AI chatbot and Voice AI receptionist. The team invested deeply in LangChain, RAG pipelines, and AI agent frameworks to build real enterprise AI solutions.
